We loved our night at FABRICK. It’s a very cool spot, with quirky design and interior decor. It’s only small, so it also feels intimate and personal. Adriane is so lovely and welcoming, and Andrea is a boss in the kitchen. Be prepared for some interesting, but unusual combos. Some you may love, others are an experience. This restaurant came as a recommendation from the owner of Dope Tapas in Dublin and he was entirely correct. The croquettes were the best I’ve had in my life, service was exceptional and the restaurant had a cool atmosphere!

Wow. A wonderful and unique experience. Located in a beautiful area of the city as well. The decor is unique and so is the menu! Make sure to make a reservation as the place is small and popular - saw several groups get turned away. The service is very personal with very helpful recommendations and suggestions on timing and order of dishes. We ordered the croquettes, octopus (SO good) and Mallorcan lamb meatballs. We also appreciated the fresh sourdough and hummus starter. Everything is so fresh and presentation is stunning. It was a pleasure to eat here!

Adriane and Andrea have created a really special restaurant. The attention to detail, focus on quality and inventiveness are evident from the first glance of the menu and their passion and skill shine brightly. I wish it wasn’t 1800km to come for dinner but honestly it’s probably worth making the trip! If you’re in Palma go - you won’t regret it

Really great little restaraunt. There's clearly been a lot of love put into the food presentation and ingredients. We had veal, duck, pulpo and beetroot carpacchio. Each dish was equally as nice. The owner was lovely and made a cracking cocktail to wash everything down. Would very much recommend visiting

Excellent meal! We almost canceled our reservation after reviewing the menu at the door. We were looking for Tapas like menu and this seemed different. Glad we didn’t. Every dish was unique and delicious! Octopus, which i try everywhere, might have been one of the best. Other dishes on a similar level. My only criticism could be the dough of the tortellini, maybe slightly hard, but still good. Didn’t have time to try desert! Do not miss this gem of a restaurant in Mallorca.

This place is REALLY good- we’ve been traveling through Europe etc for the last 2.5 months. I honestly think the food here was the best! Cool vibe - husband and wife team (he is an amazing cook). We really didn’t understand the menu because the descriptions were different than we are used to, but don’t be afraid and think it’s weird- it’s the most delicious food ever! Order anything and you will be happy! It’s a guarantee!
